Study: Wawa Ranked Number One Convenience Store

A big win for Wawa!

A study from Market Force Information recently named Delaware County based Wawa the number one convenience store for consumers, by consumers!

The study polled of 7,000 consumers were polled for the study, which was aimed at discovering where consumers prefer to get their gasoline, and why they prefer one chain over the others. They also sought information in trends on mobile apps.

When it came to ranking the gas station and convenience store hybrids, participants were asked to rate their satisfaction with their latest customer experience. Market Force used those results to create an average to attain a Composite Loyalty Score.

Wawa came in with the highest ranking at 68%, taking over defending gas and shop champion QuikTrip which came in at 62%.
