Suspect sought for sexual harassment in New Castle Co.

NEW CASTLE COUNTY, Del. (WTXF) - Police are asking for the public's help identifying a man wanted for sexual harassment in New Castle County, Delaware.

On Sunday morning, officers responded to the Delcastle Recreation Area for a report of sexual harassment. When they arrived, police noted similarities between the incident described by the elderly female victim and a sexual harassment report from earlier this month in the Chelsea Estates Parkland.

Police describe the suspect as a 5'7" tall white man with a thin build and scruffy beard. He was last seen wearing all black with a black baseball cap.
