Tinicum Township brush fire placed under control

TINICUM TOWNSHIP, Pa. (WTXF) - Crews battled a late afternoon brush fire in Delaware County on Sunday.

It happened around 4 p.m. at the John Heinz National Wildlife Refuge.

Crews say the fire was placed under control around 5:30 p.m.

No injuries were reported.
