Touching video shows deaf man discovering he's going to be a father

(STORYFUL) - Brittany LeBlanc Welch learned that she was pregnant with her first child in October and wanted to reveal the news to her husband, David Welch, in a creative way.

A video she took shows David, who is deaf, reaching into a bag and pulling out items one by one. David signs what he finds in the bag: a Baby Ruth candy bar, a bottle of Dad's root beer and two positive home pregnancy tests.

Brittany uploaded the video to YouTube on December 28, although she writes that it was filmed on October 8 - the day that she learned she was pregnant.

David wrote a note on Facebook on December 28 thanking his friends and family for their positive comments and wishes. He also writes, "I can't wait to see our baby and give all of our love to our kid. I know we both are going to be a wonderful parents!"
