Tractor-trailer lodged underneath pedestrian bridge at PHL removed
PHILADELPHIA - A tractor-trailer that was lodged underneath a pedestrian bridge on Departures Road at the Philadelphia International Airport has been removed.
The incident happened around 1:30 p.m. Friday and took several hours to clear.
Departures Road near Terminal B has reopened.
