Vine Street Expressway shut down at I-76 after tractor-trailer crash

PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - The Vine Street Expressway was shut down Monday morning after a tractor-trailer jackknifed in the westbound lanes.

The crash occurred near the I-76 exit Ramp around 6:30 a.m.

Ramps to I-76 East were closed along with one lane to I-76 West.

FOX 29's Bob Kelly is following reports of a fuel spill, which could create longer delays.

No injuries have been reported at this time.
