Visitation, funeral service held today for Thomas Meo

Family and friends are gathering today to lay Thomas Meo to rest.

The community is still trying to come to grips with his murder and that of three other Bucks County men at the hands of confessed killer Cosmo DiNardo.

Over the past several days, friends and loved ones have taken to social media to share their memories of Tom, talking about the kind of person he was.

Friends say they obtained a bloody selfie of the accused killer beaten up from a previous fight before the killings. DiNardo was apparently in a strip club, where he hinted in his own words at his potential for violence. He wrote "Whoever jumped me is a dead man."

The photo isn't one friends and family want to think about as they line up to remember Thomas Meo.

Meo's best friend Mark Sturgis will be laid to rest Thursday evening at the Fluehr Funeral Home located at 684 Bristol Pike (Route 13) in Bensalem from 7 to 9 p.m.
