WANTED: Suspects sought in armed barber shop robbery

Philadelphia Police are looking to identify two men who they say robbed a barber shop and several customers back on Tuesday morning.

The incident occurred around 11:50 a.m. at a shop on the 7000 block of Castor Avenue.

Police say the suspects entered the store and sat down as if they were waiting in line for a haircut.

A short time after entering the store, one of the men pulled out a handgun and began taking money and cell phones from employees and customers. The suspects took $90 and one iPhone 7, before fleeing the scene.

The suspects were last seen heading north on Castor Avenue towards Princeton Street. No injuries were reported during the incident.

The suspects have been described by police as two black males, standing approximately 6'1".
