Washington police officer saves US flag after it falls on 4th of July

STORYFUL - A police officer in Marysville, Washington saved a US flag that had fallen off its pole by the wind on July 4th.

Ben Rieman from Marysville shared CCTV footage of local police officer Dave Negron doing his good deed. The video shows Officer Negron walking up Rieman's driveway, rolling up the knocked over flag and placing it on his porch.

According to the Marysville Police Department, Negron has only been with the department for over a year.
