WATCH: Man accused of stealing, trashing victim's packages twice

GRAYS FERRY (WTXF) - Sometimes you just can't avoid having a package left outside your home, on the front step, while you're away. It could get stolen.

That's what police said happened twice to one family, both times by the same thief caught on video who ended up trashing them.

Police say on Monday, Aug. 1 at 7pm, a man was seen taking a package from the victim's front step in the 2500 block of Montrose Street. Then, that man placed the package in a trashcan and walked away.

Then, on Wednesday, Aug. 31 at 4pm, police say "The same suspect was captured on surveillance video taking a package from the victim's front step. The suspect again places the package into a trashcan and walks away."
