PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - The Philadelphia area is slated for a wet and rainy Monday with relatively cool temperatures.Scattered showers and storms are possible through Wednesday.
A Flood Watch is in effect from through late Monday evening in the following counties:
Temperatures will top out at 75 degrees Monday, with scattered thunderstorms developing in the afternoon.
Rain is expected to remain in the forecast through Friday.
