PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Witness video captures chaotic scene on I-676 after PA State Trooper is Shot Tuesday morning.

The video, shot by Erika Cabrera, shows one person being taken into custody at the scene of a vehicle collision and fire on the highway.

A Pennsylvania State Trooper was shot along I-676 W on Tuesday morning. The trooper was shot in the shoulder and is conscious, alert, talkative, "in good spirits" and in stable condition at Hahnemann Hospital.

The shooting followed a pursuit, and the trooper had fired shots in defense from his car. Following the shooting, a car rammed into a school bus, which caught on fire. The bus company has confirmed that no children were on the bus at the time of the crash, and that the driver is okay.
