Woman shot during home invasion in Frankford

FRANKFORD (WTXF) - Police are investigating a home invasion and shooting that happened early Monday morning in Frankford.

The incident occurred on the 2000 block of Buckius Street around 3:10 a.m.

According to a patrolman on scene, a woman was shot inside a home on the block during a home invasion. She is in stable condition at Temple Hospital.

The search is on for one or more suspects, who are thought to have sped off in a red Dodge Caravan.
