Woman stable after mysterious shooting incident

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - A woman is in stable condition after an early morning shooting in North Philadelphia.

The 26-year-old victim said she was shot at 10th and W. Norris streets at about 1am Thursday.

That's just a block away from the campus of Temple University.

So far, police have not been able to find the shooting scene.

They also say victim is not cooperating with investigators.
