
Mike Cirigliano
Dr. Mike Cirigliano is a medical contributor for "Good Day Philadelphia." Over the years, "Dr. Mike" has covered innumerable medical topics including sports injuries to infectious disease. He has a special interest in prevention and healthy living.
Dr. Mike practices Internal Medicine full time and treats a full range of medical disorders in the adult patient population. He is an Associate Professor of Medicine and practicing Internist at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. He has more than 60 publications in the medical literature and has been published in journals including the Journal of the American Medical Association, Hospital Practice and the Journal of Women's Health. He has lectured throughout the country and has served on the editorial board of the Facts and Comparisons publication Review of Natural Products, and Hospital Physician.
Dr. Mike was featured in Philadelphia Magazine's "Top Docs" issue every year since 1996. He was also recognized by the Castle Connelly publication "Best Doctors In America" every year since 2008. He has also been on the "Dr. Oz Show" and "The Montel Williams Show."
Dr. Mike was born and raised in the Philadelphia area. He is married and has two children, Amy and Nicholas. He's interested in aviation and is a terrible ice hockey player.
