Classes canceled at Villanova after championship victory

VILLANOVA, Pa. (WTXF) - Classes are canceled at Villanova University Tuesday after the men's basketball team won its second NCAA Championship victory in three years Monday night.

The Wildcats defeated Michigan 79-62.

Fans poured into the streets following Monday's win to celebrate.

The team is expected to land in Philadelphia around 4:45 p.m. Tuesday, with a welcome celebration planned for its return. The event will take place at Villanova Stadium. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. The team is expected to arrive around 6 p.m.
