Redevelopment, but no field of dreams without Riversharks

CAMDEN, N.J. (AP) - A baseball stadium once hailed as a sign of the bright future of the waterfront in the poverty-stricken city of Camden now sits mostly empty, but redevelopment projects worth hundreds of millions are rising up around it.
