PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - A number of schools have announced closures and delays Wednesday due to wintry conditions.

The brutal cold moves in Wednesday morning, with temperatures in the teens and single digits.

On Thursday morning, the area will see the coldest temperatures so far this winter. Temperatures in Allentown will feel like -16 degrees, and it will feel like -8 degrees in Philadelphia.
