The winter weather will begin with light snow late Wednesday night, but will create dangerous driving conditions just in time for rush hour on Thursday, coming to an end around noon.

  • Midnight: Light snow
  • 2-4 a.m.: Sleet and freezing rain
  • 6-9 a.m.: Freezing rain
  • 9-10 a.m.: Rain in the Philadelphia area
  • 10 a.m.: Rain in the north and west suburbs
  • 11 a.m. to noon: Rain in Allentown area
