Weather Authority: Flash Flood Watch continues

The Philadelphia region is slated for more of the same Tuesday: high humidity and scattered storms.

A Flash Flood watch will be in effect through Wednesday in Philadelphia, Bucks, Montgomery, Chester, Lehigh, Northampton, Berks, Lancaster and Delaware counties in Pennsylvania, as well as New Castle and Kent Counties in Delaware.

The region's unsettled weather pattern continues, bringing the chance of soaking rains and flooded streets. Residents are urged to avoid driving through water.

Several rounds of showers and storms are expected for the remainder of this week, though relief is possible by the weekend.
