Weather Authority: Hot and humid Labor Day

The Philadelphia area is slated for a hot and humid Labor Day as another heat wave makes its way to the region.

A Heat Advisory will be in effect Monday from 11 a.m. through 6 p.m. in the following counties: Bucks, Burlington, Camden, Chester, Delaware, Gloucester, Montgomery, New Castle, Ocean and Philadelphia.

Not much rain is expected in the beginning of the week, though stray showers or thunderstorms are possible.

Temperatures will cool down by Friday, much like last week. Until then, residents can expect more of the same: temperatures in the 90s with 'real feel' temperatures in the triple digits.
