4-year-old struck in Chester hit-and-run; driver sought

CHESTER, Pa. (WTXF) - Police are searching for the driver they say is responsible for a striking a 4-year-old with his car in Chester before fleeing the scene Tuesday evening.

The incident took place around 7:30 p.m. on the 1300 block of Crosby Street.

Police say the victim is okay.

Anyone with information about the hit-and-run is urged to contact police.
