Armed delivery driver shoots would-be robber

Philadelphia (WTXF) - An armed pizza delivery man shot a man attempting to rob him, according to police.

It happened around 9:30 pm Saturday night on the 1400 block of Wellington street.

Police say a 19-year-old man was attempting to rob a pizza delivery man when the delivery driver shot the would-be robber in both legs.

The suspect is under arrest and currently in stable condition at Einstein Hospital.
