Arrested again for child porn, 9 months after release

A man out on probation for child pornography was arrested again after authorities say they found him "searching for and downloading images of young girls, aged 13 to 16 years."

Delaware County District Attorney Jack Whelan announced John James Fisher, III, "was nervous when questioned about his internet use" during a routine check of his Upper Darby home.

After an investigation and field search of his electronic devices, his probation officer found Fisher had deleted all of his internet history.

Then, she said when questioned, "Fisher admitted he had been searching for images of young girls who were in provocative clothing or wearing little to no clothing."

Fisher, 38, is charged with two felonies: sexual abuse of children second degree and criminal use of a communications facility. He is at the George W. Hill Correctional Facility.

He was released from prison on the same charges in March 2016.
