Bucks County man sentenced for drugging, raping a dozen women

A Bucks County serial rapist was sentenced on Wednesday to decades in state prison following a guilty plea in December.

What we know:

Prosecutors say 41-year-old Andrew Gallo drugged and sexually assaulted a dozen women whom he met online from 2018-2024.

Investigators say Gallo's victims ranged in age from 17–35-years-old, and he connected with several of them on sugardaddymeet.com.

Gallo lured the women back to his home under the guise of a date, and served them alcohol spiked with drugs to incapacitate them.

Gallo pleaded no contest in December to more than three dozen charges, including 10 felony counts of rape of an impaired person, strangulation, and a felony drug charge.

What's next:

Gallo was sentenced on Wednesday to 65-135 years in state prison.

He was also required to register as a "sexually violent predator" for the remainder of his life.
