Car seen pulling, dragging leashed dog on road

TULSA, Okla. (WTXF/STORYFUL) - A woman in Tulsa, Oklahoma, posted this video she took showing a leashed dog being pulled by a car.

As you can imagine, it has gone viral and generated outrage since it was posted over the weekend.

The woman wrote the vehicle was "dragging the dog at one point," said on Facebook she called the police after seeint it.

She said they told her they sent a squad car out to find the perpetrator, but Fox affiliate KOKI reports "police said no one filed a report."
