FOUND: Brothers reported missing from home found safe

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Philadelphia police have located two boys who they say went missing from their West Philadelphia home Monday night.

Two brothers, ages 11 and 6, were reported missing around 11:30 p.m. Monday by their mother. She had last seen them in their around 9 p.m.

According to police, the mother went to check on her kids around 11:30 p.m. and realized both boys were gone. She called police and reported them missing.

In a press conference Tuesday morning, Philadelphia police Captain Sekou Kinnebrew explained some of the places the boys may have gone, and described what they were last seen wearing.

A short time after that press conference, police announced the boys had been located unharmed.
