Girl, 15, falls to death from fire escape
NEW YORK (FOX 5 NY) - A 15-year-old girl slipped through a fire escape in Lower Manhattan Sunday night and died, according to the NYPD.
Imogen Rouche was attempting to move from one window to another during a house party at 110 Reade Street when she lost her balance and fell six stories, landing on her back.
Rouche was trying to retrieve a cell phone from another room when she fell just after 9 p.m.
She was rushed to Bellevue Hospital where she was pronounced dead.
