Lockdown lifted at North Philadelphia elementary school
NORTH PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - The lockdown placed on Willard Elementary School in North Philadelphia on Monday has been lifted.
The school was placed on lockdown around 12:30 p.m. after a parent allegedly threatened to pick up a child armed with a gun, stemming from a custody dispute.
The lockdown was lifted just after 1:15 p.m. without incident.
