Man, 35, shot twice after confrontation at gas station

A 35-year-old man is in the hospital after police say he was shot in North Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

Authorities say the victim was shot once in the chest and twice in the torso at a gas station on West Clearfield and North Broad Street.

According to police, surveillance video shows the suspect and the victim shoving each other outside the gas station before exchanging gunfire.

Paramedics transported the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was listed in stable condition.

Police are continuing to search for the suspect.
