Man Claims Deliveryman Threw a Package on the Roof

Yodel is a UK delivery service that is known for delivering millions of parcels across the UK each week. But it appears that sometimes its deliverymen can get overexcited.

A November 19 tweet from a man named Ajmal Aziz contains a picture of a delivery package on the roof of a house reported to be in Bordesley Green in Birmingham, England. Aziz's tweet also contained a photo of a note signed by a Yodel deliveryman with the message, "Sorry, top of your roof" written in the section of the form denoting where the package was left. Aziz's tweet contains the message, "@YodelOnline Suprised your delivery driver decided to throw the package on the roof? Any reason why?"

Aziz clarified in later tweets that the package wasn't his, and that he was reaching out to Yodel on behalf of a a less tech-savvy neighbor. He also writes that the deliveryman tried to throw the package through a window when no one answered the door, which was how it got stuck on the roof. The deliveryman later returned with a ladder to retrieve the package.
