Man killed after double shooting in Parkside: police
PHILADELPHIA - A man is dead and another has been hospitalized after police say a shooting occurred in Parkside Monday night.

What we know:
At around 8:41 p.m., Philadelphia police responded to the 4100 block of Leidy Avenue for a report of a person with a gun.
They say a man suffered two gunshot wounds to the abdomen. He was taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center by police where he was pronounced dead at 9:09 p.m.
Another man was also found at the scene suffering gunshot wounds to his lower back and abdomen. Police transported him to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, where he was placed in stable condition.
Police recovered a weapon at the scene.
No arrests have been made.
