Meet Dan Roccato
Dan Roccato enjoyed a successful 20-year career with two of Wall Street's most prominent investment banks; Merrill Lynch and Morgan Stanley. Advising corporations, pension funds and institutional investors, Dan lived abroad for several years and traveled extensively to more than 40 countries. He became a recognized expert in global securities services and corporate stock options.
In 2005, Dan formed Quaker Wealth Management, LLC, in Moorestown, NJ. The Firm provides financial advisory, investment management, tax and legal services for successful families, businesses and non-profits (www.quakerwm.com). Quaker Wealth Management has been recognized as one the leading financial firms in the Philadelphia region.
Dan began his professional career teaching Economics and is currently an adjunct Professor of Finance and Economics at Rutgers University. He has also taught at Burlington County College and lectured at Drexel University. Dan was named Outstanding Professor of Rutgers University School of Business in 2012.
He is a contributing author of the book, "International Securities Lending", Macmillan Publishers Ltd., 1992. Dan has also authored several published articles related to economics and personal finance.
Dan has done a variety of media related work including print, television and radio including his role as an on-air contributor for Fox 29 (WTXF). He was an on-air analyst for the Comcast television network appearing on Your Morning, It's Your Call with Lynn Doyle and Money Matters.
In 2013, Dan was elected to the Board of Directors of Delanco Bancorp, a publicly-traded company that controls Delanco Federal Savings Bank. Founded in 1890, the bank has grown to $125 million of assets.
Dan is a graduate of Rutgers University, University of Pennsylvania, and Drexel University. Dan was elected to Moorestown Town Council in 2002, re-elected in 2006 and served as Deputy Mayor and Mayor. He lives in Moorestown, NJ, with his wife Carol and their four children. Dan and Carol are involved in a variety of civic and faith-based organizations.
