Police vehicle hit by suspected drunk driver outside Lincoln Financial Field during Eagles playoff game

Pennsylvania State Police say a suspected drunk driver was arrested outside Lincoln Financial Field on Sunday night after evading police and hitting a patrol car.

Investigators say the incident unfolded on Pattison Avenue as the Eagles and Los Angeles Rams were playing in the NFC Divisional playoff game at The Linc.

Troopers and Philadelphia police worked to corral the driver, who investigators say blew past marked patrol vehicles and narrowly struck pedestrians.

The chase came to an end when authorities say the driver reversed into a Philadelphia police car and was quickly arrested by a swarm of officers.
