Philadelphia Hosts First Ever Veteran's Parade Sunday

Thousands lined the streets for Philadelphia's first Veteran's parade this afternoon.

The parade wrapped Sunday afternoon and ran for about a mile, before ultimately ending at Independence Mall.

The parade commemorated the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II, the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam War, and the 25th anniversary of Desert Storm.

It was a parade that was long overdue, but many hope it is the beginning of a long tradition.
