Philadelphia officer in stable condition after crash

FAIRMOUNT (WTXF) - A Philadelphia Police officer is in the hospital after his cruiser collides with another car in Fairmount.

It happened at West Girard Avenue and North 26 th Street around 2:30 a.m. Friday.

Two people in the other car were not hurt.

The officer is in stable condition.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
