Philadelphia Water Department re-establishes water pressure at PHL

The Philadelphia Water Commissioner apologized for the water main break that had the Philadelphia International Airport without running water for more than three hours.

The break happened about 4 p.m. Monday.

The main that feeds most of the airport busted underneath the airport's economy lot. The gushing main submerging hundreds of cars. Jason Salm's was one of them. He just got back from the Kentucky Derby.

"Hopefully, my car starts and I can get out of here. This looks like a pretty big disaster here," he said.
