Police: Endangered 14-year-old boy missing from West Philadelphia

WEST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - Police are seeking the public's help locating a juvenile who has been missing since Jan. 4.

Authorities say Xavier Brower, 14, was last seen on the 5000 block of Ludlow Street on Friday afternoon.

Police describe Brower as 6-foot-1, 185 pounds with brown eyes and black hair. He was wearing black sweatpants and a black T-shirt coat, according to police.

Anyone with information on Brower's whereabouts is asked to please contact the Philadelphia Police Department.
