Police : Human Remains found at Cooper River Park

Pennsauken, New Jersey (WTXF) - Investigators are working to identify a victim after several bones and a human skull was found near Cooper River.

The incident happened around 12:20p.m. Saturday after volunteers conducting a spring cleanup found the human remains in the water on the 2900 block of Admiral Wilson Boulevard.

Police were called to the scene immediately. So far, it has not been determined how long the remains have been on site.
