Police investigate shooting at Bristol apartment complex

Bristol, Pa. (WTXF) - Police are investigating a shooting at an apartment complex in Bristol.

It happened Monday shortly after 7 p.m. at the Levittown Trace Apartments

Police say the driver and front passenger of a Buick Encore were parked in front of the G-lot when they were approached by three gunmen on foot. They opened fire and the victim drove in reverse until striking the fenced-in dumpster, according to police. At least eight shots were fired striking the driver's side front and rear door and also the hood.

The suspects fled on foot towards Ford Road to possibly a gray Dodge Charger with dark tinted windows. The victim suffered a graze wound to the leg and signed himself out of Lower Bucks Hospital.
