Police Searching For Missing Man, 53, Paralyzed From Waist Down

NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA (WTXF)- Philadelphia Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a 53-year-old man from Northeast Philadelphia.

Mark Graff was last seen at his home on the 8800 block of Holme Drive this past Thursday at 2:00 p.m.

Police have described mark as 5'10" with blue eyes and brown hair. He was last seen wearing an orange t-shirt.

Graff is paralyzed from the chest down.

He was last seen operating a burgundy 2007 Chevrolet Express with a Pennsylvania tag reading HHF6626.
