Police: Woman Orders Dogs to Attack Man After Argument

Graphic video out of New York shows two dogs attacking a man after allegedly being let off of a leash by their owner following an argument.

Police told the New York Daily News that Cynthia Oliver, 55, was arguing with a man outside of her building. At some point during the argument, police say Oliver let her two dogs off of their leash and ordered them to attack the 62-year-old man.

Video filmed from an apartment window shows the animals repeatedly lunging at the man and biting him, as a good samaritan does his best to keep the dogs away.

As the dogs continue their attack, more neighbors come into the frame and try to keep the dogs away from the mean by any means. One neighbor can be seen swinging something at the dogs, while another tried to subdue them with a hose.

Eventually, one of the dogs turned their attention to a 46-year-old man who was trying to help. He suffered cuts to his arms.

Police say the original victim lost a part of his right ear, and suffer cuts to his chest and arms.

Both were taken to the hospital in stable condition.

The dogs were taken away by animal control.

According to the New York Daily News, Cynthia Oliver was charged with eight counts of assault and two counts of reckless endangerment.
