Pregnant woman completes impressive pole exercises between contractions

(STORYFUL) - Kat Bailey is a pole dancing and exercise teacher from Nottingham who is expecting her first baby on August 1.

When her contractions began July 31 she was left with a few hours to kill before she travelled to hospital.

So, naturally, she used the time to perform an impressive array of pole exercises and uploaded her routine to Facebook.

The video has reached more than 36,000 views since it was posted.
