School principal dresses as real-life 'Elf on the Shelf'

CLIFTON HEIGHTS, Pa. (WTXF) - One elementary school principal is taking matters into his own hands to keep the magic of the holidays alive - by dressing as a real-life 'Elf on the Shelf."

Principal Marc Comfort can be seen hiding around Westbrook Park Elementary School in Clifton Heights, Pa. all week.

On Monday, Principal Comfort was spotted on the school's roof.
