Stepfather sings disabled son emotional song

(WTXF/STORYFUL) - A video featuring a stepfather singing an emotional song to his disabled son has gone viral with over one million views.

Jayce, from Connecticut, said that he was keeping his stepson, Jared, occupied while they were waiting for a school bus.

Jared suffers from hydrocephalus, a brain condition that leaves him blind and confined to a wheelchair.

"I always like to put on music because he loves it," Jayce told the News-Times. "So, I put on some music and the lyrics just poured out of me, straight from the heart."
