Tractor-trailer flips in South Philadelphia

SOUTH PHILADELPHIA (WTXF) - There's a dangerous situation going on in a busy part of South Philadelphia.

SKYFOX is over the scene where a tanker truck flipped at W. Passyunk Avenue and S. 26th Street, near the entrance to the Schuylkill Expressway (I-76).
