TRAFFIC ALERT: Avoid 4th Street from Arch to Market

OLD CITY (WTXF) - There's a traffic alert happening on Old City Philadelphia, and you're going to want to avoid part of 4th Street.

Take a look at the scene on 4th Street, just north of Market. Work crews are digging it up.

4th Street runs southbound so FOX 29's Bob Kelly urges you not to take 4th from Arch down to Market, past the Wyndam Hotel. He called it a "parking lot" and urges you to take another street southbound instead.
