Augusta,Ga.--(Storyful/.WXTF)--A video message shared by US Army Private Camille Coffey inviting Houston Texans defensive end J.J. Watt to her brigade's holiday ball is going viral on Facebook. The video had over 504,000 views at the time of this writing.

Coffey, who is stationed at Fort Gordon in Augusta, Georgia, said she "couldn't think of anything she wants more in the world" than for Watt to accompany her as her date to the ball in Maryland on December 11.

"I realize this is a long shot. Everyone in my battalion says this probably won't work, but I figure it's worth a try," Coffey said.
