Wilmington boy to attend State of the Union as president's guest
PHILADELPHIA (FOX 29) - A boy from Wilmington, Delaware, will be among the presidential guests in attendance at President Trump's State of the Union address on Tuesday.
Joshua Trump, a sixth grade student, was invited to the capital after he was bullied in school because of his last name, the White House explained in a release.
Joshua is described as a lover of science, art and history. He aspires to one day enter a field in which he can work with animals.
The White House also pointed out that Joshua's Uncle Cody is a member of the United States Air Force and is one of Joshua's best friends and heroes.
