Woman overdosing on drugs crashes with 2-year-old in car

A driver overdosing on drugs crashed into several cars on Detroit's west side.

A 2-year-old child was in the car with the female driver, suspected of being on heroin.

Police say the 26-year-old woman crashed into as many as 10 other cars as she tried to leave the Meijer store on East Grand River.

She then crashed into a light pole.

She's in critical condition right now, as well as a 44-year-old passenger.

We're told the child is stable.

One of the drivers in another car is also hospitalized tonight with non-life threatening injuries.
